An intensely wild flora
Crete is the southernmost tip of Greece, a blessed place which, due to the long periods of sunshine, favours the flourishing of wild flora. Aromatic plants such as thyme, sage, rosemary and dictamus bloom all year round, as do many citrus fruits. Manolis, our beekeeper, places his hives in the white mountains of the Samaria National Park.

A nectar of exceptional purity
This honey was collected in Greece on the island of Crete in the Samaria National Park, which is located in the southwest of the island.
The bees gather thyme vulgaris, one of the purest on the island. This thyme honey is one of the most representative of the flora of the Mediterranean basin.
