Linden Honey

This honey is part of the French honey heritage. Its creamy texture and its very particular floral aromas give it a real personality.

The lime tree is one of the emblematic trees of our country's biodiversity. Some are several hundred years old. Flowering takes place at the end of spring and the honey is harvested towards the end of July.

Linden honey harvested by Miel Factory has a pale yellow color. Its fragrance is captivating. Its taste is powerful and pleasant, it reminds us of the scent of the flower with menthol and balsamic notes. Its crystallization is slow with fine granulation. It is recommended in infusions or simply on toast.
