Coriander Honey - France

In Berry, a farmer has sown fields of Coriander. Cultivated to harvest the seed, Coriander blooms, to the delight of bees. This aromatic plant, also called “false parsley” gives delicate white flowers.

The hives were placed by Julien, beekeeper, near these fields, and we had the pleasant surprise of discovering this honey flow.
