Almond Honey

Miel Factory has selected this Almond tree honey for you, harvested in Spain in the Province of Alicante.

Its texture is very creamy. On the palate, its flavor is sweet with the delicate taste of almonds.

Our Almond honey is perfect for sweetening an infusion or herbal tea at the end of a meal or simply on toast.

The almond tree is one of the first trees to flower, at the end of winter between February and March. There are two harvest periods: in May and June for a fresh, green almond. In September for a drier almond.

Almond trees flourish mainly in the Mediterranean basin.
